Training
Fitness and Fundamentals is one of our signature programs that makes ATR Sports unique.
This weekly two-hour class is divided into two parts.
During the fitness segment, we work on sport-specific strength, agility, speed and neuromuscular adaptation
appropriate for the athletes age and developmental ability. The fundamentals segment
addresses technique, hand and foot work and sport specific skill development. During
the regular seasons and team practices, coaches focus on their team functioning
as a whole. While this is an important part of any sport, our Fitness and Fundamentals
program allows individualized attention to work on specific foundations of the sport.
